    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/176614"&gt;@Ye&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may take an hour or so for the SIM to be registered on the Public Mobile network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before re-trying, wait a FULL hour, clear cache and cookies, open incognito tab, and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure to enter the full 19 digit SIM in the required field.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i lost my phone and bought a new public mobile SIM card from waldmart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I tried to replace the Sim using self service it says the sim is in use or invalid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need staff assistance, &amp;nbsp;error message is being returned by self serve portal and specifically asks me to get in touch with support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this where I get the support or am I at the wrong place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Support is online via contact to Public Mobile moderators.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Use the ticketing system for a faster response time.
