There are no refunds or pro-rating of unused portions of plans. Did you add too many funds to your account or is it from rewards? Remember PM is a prepaid and there are no refunds

Yes,I added excess funds. It was not from rewards

@ppr You won't get it back. You'll need to use it up or it's gone. If phone number doesn't matter, you can see if you know someome who wants the account.
