My grandson activated his new plan before using my referral code. Can anything be done about this?

The help article says that this isn't possible, but try and ask the moderators. Open a ticket by going to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat .

@ecowen there had been a number of this same question in the forums and we told them to contact a moderator. But they never came back to tell us what happened. I hope you get your referral and come back to let us know. Good luck!

In the help article section says thars it isnt possible. But you ask one of the moderators.

I know that you probably just didn't see it, but this exact information was posted well before. Don't worry as we've all done it before, but try to always look through the messages before responding.

Yes it can. This same thing happened to me and the moderator was a great help. I received the referral and everything worked out fine. Good luck! 😁
