Voicemail Not Working

Hey community:

I've been with Public Mobile for some time now.

For some reason, callers are unable to leave voicemail for me.

Even though I recorded a new message, the phone plays my extended absence

notification.

I don't even know where to look to see whether I have a problem or not.

Hopefully someone can give me some suggestions, thanks in advance.

There's a toggle in the extended absence area of the menu that you toggle to be able to leave a message or not.

You need to disable/delete the extended absence greeting message. Sometimes, people use this feature when they do not want anyone to leave messages. Thanks for the help guys!

Went into the menu to delete the extended absence greeting.

Now I just need my wife to call me to see if she can leave a message.
