How in the world do I activate promotions?

I clicked on it and it took me to my profile. There is no place to click to activate.

I would assume you already submitted your email address and got the reply.

Now, you just need to

Visit activate.publicmobile.ca to activate online, or activate in-store

just use the same email address

If you already activated a PM line (using the same email address), they will add the bonus within 30 days.. usually very quick, like within a week.

Any inadvertent spaces at beginning, middle or end? Try a copy and paste.

I left no spaces at the beginning middle or end.

Just to be 100% clear - and you may already be aware.

This promotion cannot be added to an existing service.

It can only be applied during the process of a NEW ACTIVATION.

Correct...don’t give it out!

Are you using the numbers on the back of actual SIM card, or from larger part of SIM card or from the bar code on folder? It will likely start like 8912230000.........
