If so, did you leave your other SIM in to be able to confirm the transfer? Is the other account still live?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your phone unlocked? When did you get it? Is it compatible? What make/model/submodel is it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you port in your number? Sounds like something went wrong. Did you receive a text from your old company asking authorization to port your number to PM?
