Missing referral bonus

Hi,

On Sep 2 I received a short message stated getting a $20 bonus when refer a friend plus the regular $1/month.

I then referred 2 friends using my code xxxxxxx, but so far I received only $20+1/mo from 1 of the referrals, which should be $40+2/mo in total.

Please help to check the 2 numbers I referred: xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Please do not post your referral code or your friends' phone numbers.

The promotion that you speak of was limited to one $20 credit.

Your friends wouldn't appreciate you posting their numbers here on the open internet.

This promo was only for one referral.

I think it was a 1 x referral bonus of $20.

Check with My Rewards to see how many referrals you have so far. You will get $1 Refer-a-Friend Reward for each referal that's Active.

$20 offer is only for the first refer-a-friend credit. You get only $1/reward per 30 days on the second referral and no one time bonus credit.

You should have $2 refer-a-friend reward on your overview page + $20 available fund in your account
