Did you recently ask to have a phone nunmber ported/transfered in to Public Mobile? Are incoming phone calls working?

Make sure Airplane mode is not turned on and it is not Wifi only

@javed060 people are asking YOU the questions because some more info. is needed please to know the situation you are experiencing. So we are just guessing at this point.

Try one or more of the below:

*turn off your phone, leave off for at least 3 minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

*reboot your phone again
