      <description>&lt;P&gt;did you meant you just activated today and requested porting during the activation?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; If you have replied YES to Bell's SMS , then you have done everything right.&amp;nbsp; You would like to insert your PM sim into the phone and check if porting&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;completed.&amp;nbsp; If not, try reboot the device every 15 mins&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, you can confirm the follow up status with:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Porting Team at ****or help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note.. it is ok you get a new PM number at this moment.&amp;nbsp; Before the number is ported, you always get a new number .. your number will be changed to your own number after the port is completed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If a customer requests the number port during the activation process, only the number that has been requested to be ported in is assigned to the Public Mobile account.
