      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In many cases, simply removing the SIM card while the phone's power is off, and then reinserting it a few minutes later, resolves such problems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please try that, and then return here with a status update.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.</description>
