      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, i sent private msg other option not works keeps asking sign in community account and does not accept my user id or password, but i can sign in no problem before using moderator ticket link weird&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
