I have ordered the SIM card 3 times now and it still hasn’t arrived.

How long you have ordered?

PM uses Canada Post and it did take some time, as much as 2 to 3 weeks unfortunately

If you need it urgently, you might want to check with local Walmart. They usually will give it out for free and will setup new account for you

you can also check Amazon if you have Prime membership, within 2 days.

You could try purchasing one locally. If you are in the GTA Canadian Cell Supplies.com offers a pick-up option. Here is link to local retailers.

honest.. i doubt they will, cos eventually you will get your SIM, it just slow.. not lost

but it didn't hurt to ask. Open a ticket with Mod

Many of us keep spare SIM Cards on hand to help friends and family switch to PM. That is what I would use the SIM cards for when they eventually arrive.
