      <description>&lt;P&gt;Switch the SIM into another phone to see if its the phone or a SIM problem.&amp;nbsp; If its the phone reset your network settings and restart your phone if it doesn't automatically do so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If its the SIM try the lost/ stolen trick to reset your service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5&amp;nbsp; minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the bubble on the bottom right corner.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then look at your actual SIM in your phone. Are they the same?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Log back into this community and click the little envelope in the upper right by your test tube avatar and then click on the subject line of the message to open it fully.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you try the suggestion earlier from Triguy? Another idea is to manually pay in a $1 and then restart the phone. I know these ideas sound odd but they've been known to get things going.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
