The only way to change your username/email in self service is to contact a moderator. Choose chat bubble in lower right hand corner.

Do you mean for Community or for Self Serve. The Community e-mail address can be changed by clicking on your avatar and clicking on My Settings. If you wish to change your Self Serve e-mail address, you'll need to open a ticket with the moderators. That can be done by going to: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat
