      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, good evening. I just got my public mobile sim today but its not working. I have tried several options including reset but it seems there is a problem. My phone keeps popping something like "sim not positioned for voice". Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you did the activation correct, which it looks like you did and the sim number on your account matches the sim in your phone, I don't think there's anything you can do. I'd say you should talk to simon, it's easy, it takes a couple of minutes and a human will help you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
