      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting your phone.&amp;nbsp; Also if you have another then try swapping the sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I performed a network reset, and the problem is resolved.&amp;nbsp; I was able to place a long-distance call and we were able to hear each other.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot for your help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile Community ROCKS!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
