Problem with outgoing long-distance calls

When I make a long-distance call to a number in ON, they cannot hear me.

If I receive an incoming call from that same number in ON, the call works, that is, we are able to hear each other.

If I make a long-distance call to a different number in ON, the call works.

Is the network affecting my long-distance calls?

@NoelG hi try a network reset see if that helps

Try rebooting your phone. Also if you have another then try swapping the sim.

I performed a network reset, and the problem is resolved. I was able to place a long-distance call and we were able to hear each other.
