      <description>&lt;P&gt;I started as a client of public a month ago. I have the $25/month [plus taxes] plan. I cannot either send or receive text messages since day 1. I still don't have an answer about what's going on or whom to contact or a telephone number for customer services to resolve this problem. Even if I try the codes for further communication with this company are sent via text messages so I have no clue anymore...like kafka&amp;nbsp; .please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
