Is there an app I can download to view my self serve? Whenever I use my cell to view account I have to click 3x for it to login or exit and go back into site. Is this an issue for anyone else? Or this there a way to fix this.

Hi there, unfortunately PM is a no frills carrier so no app.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.

The self-serve site is often slow. When you sign in or click a link, just wait... up to a minute before clicking/tapping again and it often will eventually come up.
