      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there an app I can download to view my self serve? Whenever I use my cell to view account I have to click 3x for it to login or exit and go back into site. Is this an issue for anyone else? Or this there a way to fix this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When you sign in or click a link, just wait... up to a minute before clicking/tapping again and it often will eventually come up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
