Hey currently I have one PM account. When I want to get a cell plan for my other child will I have to use a different email account?

Yes you can use alias' emails as well so that they still go back to your main email address

Yes each PM account and phone number needs its own unique email address.

EDIT: make sure the emails are under 30 characters long.

@Bear2 hi yes you will need a new email and new sim for each account
