Hey. So, I forgot my password. I went to reset and the security question says "test question?" Is there a way to reset a security question?

I'm waiting on a moderator response to reset my password but thought I would reach out here as well and see if anyone else has experienced this.

you need send a private message to @Moderator_Team. clicking here.

In your message put it, please include.

- your account number

- your phone number

- your account PIN

- explanation to them nice Team and nice service

After logging in, under "my profile", I see "change security question".

Wait for moderator to work on your support ticket. Change your security question after you login to your account.

If you create a moderator support ticket, check your support ticket at your private message sent box. If you cannot find the ticket at the sent box, you have not created your support ticket yet.

If you sent a private message to the moderator team instead of creating a ticket using SIMon, it may take longer to get a response.
