Self-serve account login has been down every time I want to use it does anyone wanna tell me why they do maintenance every single week it’s driving me crazy LOL

Maintenanance and down time is common during the night. Usually, *611 is still accessible during these maintenance periods, although I do recall a recent time when *611 was taken down too without any warning. I can only suggest to try to perfrom your self serve activities during daytime hours, if possible.
