Plan ended added cell time and didn't sign up for online account how to choose new plan funds are there but when *611 doesn't give options to pick plan help

Just a suggestion...maybe change your user name as there's been a rash of incidence's of sim-jacking in the last few months. Make sure you use a strong password as well.

Let's try to make it more difficult for bad-guys to figure out who we are...not easier.
