I've confirmed my auto payment went through. I'm getting a triangle message on my phone that service is not available which explains why I can't call out. I seem to still be able to text. I did a reboot of my phone and still have this issue.

How do I find a noted outage as the source of this issue? Could it be something else?

Might be down according to link below seems people are out in areas of BC.

Fyi. You need to check if Telus is down as Telus owns Koodo and Public Mobile.

FYI

I was also down in North Langley area from 12:20 until 1:00pm.

My first thought, was oh no!! Have I been SIM jacked?! But the last 4 numbers matched 😅
