I call *611 often for many things but, It still tells you about holiday rewards when Holiday rewards ended about two weeks ago and I’ve already redeemed and already used some of the addon.

Is it normal that it still tells you about the Rewards? Cause I have to wait a bit before I can do anything because the thing is still talking about it.

Yup annoying especially for those who have limited minutes.(probably even so more for those with limited patience)

I would suggest somebody @CS_Agent take a look and alerts for some cleanup

I'm not sure if you were thinking this but 611 doesn't use minutes on a limited minute plan.

@darlicious Correct I think, as 611 will work even if a valid account is in suspension.
Lack of 611 on an active account pretty clear indication sim jacking, no?

With no 611 service that would pretty much confirm simjacking or account cancellation.
