      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently transferred in from another carrier and I am able to receive and send calls and texts to another device. But for 2FA authentication like WeChat or Banking apps sending texts or voice messages/calls to confirm my identity, my device is not able to receive theses communications. I have the following plan and addons:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class="optionListCss"&gt;&lt;LI&gt;- Unlimited Canada-wide Talk&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;- Unlimited International Text&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL class="optionListCss"&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- 500min INTL Long Distance incl CA &amp;amp; US&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea how I can receive these messages?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would try again after waiting a few days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the quick response. I tried with another device on Fido and noticed that it isn't able to send messages or dial the ported number. Is this a porting issue or should I just wait a few days&lt;/P&gt;</description>
