Sorry, Public Mobile doesn't offer the first month for free. You get your second 30 days for free. If you met all conditions for the promotion, you'll receive an account credit within 30 days.

You have to pay for the first month then usually receive a credit within 30 days for your second month.

Hello @Bobcatguy ,

The wording should be more like "your 1st renewal is free" or your "2nd 30-day cycle is free".

If you signed with with your email through the promo, then activated, the amount of your plan will be added to your "Available Funds" balance before your next renewal.

The Available Funds amount is always used first before any autopay/credit card payment is taken.
