Check your settings. There is a setting called wi-fi assit or wi-fi plus that will connect you back to data even if you're on wi-fi if wi-fi is weak of having issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Each model of phone has different settings. You should also check for mobile data always on in developer options. Then proceed to set updates to wifi only.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/169947"&gt;@abbigalececcato&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If using iPhone:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings, Cellular, scroll through to find Wi-Fi assist.&amp;nbsp; Swipe OFF.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If using Android:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings, WiFi, click on 3 little dots in upper right, turn OFF intelligent WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
