Sorry, but remaining usage from one account/plan cannot be transfered to another. If you've simply bought a new phone and wish to keep using the same Public Mobile account, you can simply move the SIM card over to your new device.

SIM cards can come in 3 sizes.

So depending on what phone takes what size, you can always gentle remove the outer sizes to fit your SIM slot.

If you need a larger one "to built up" the size of your SIM, do you have the outer edges from the original SIM packaging?

If not, cell phone kiosks probably throw them out daily. I am sure you could source one from one of these places, that they could just give you.
