      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a similar issue. My previous service provider didn't release the number. Got it sorted today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you port your number or purchased new? In either case create a ticket with Moderator team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
