I am trying to get into my dads profile to change his plan and i don’t remember the password and when it asks for his email it won’t accept them. What can I do.

You'll need to go to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot and type in something such as "forgot security question answer" to get access restored.

While talking to the moderators ask them for the pin to the account. There are options that are available when calling 611 from the phone or dialing 1 855 4PUBLIC.

What can I do when I can’t remember password and it won’t accept the email and I can’t talk to anyone and don’t know how to use chatbot. Getting frustrated
