      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just bought a used iphone se (2016) from Public &amp;amp; seems I have a problem with my data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;E-mails sent on data arrive sometimes 12 hours later, texts sometimes not at all, &amp;amp; texts with pics don't go. Also, I am seeing small charges on my Visa most days from Public, even though I have a plan &amp;amp; auto-pay account with data voice/text/data &amp;amp; am always well below my limits. Charges on "My Profile" are spot on but it seems I am possibly being charged for data use directly to my Visa account. HELP!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should VPN be connected (It is not)? Maybe another setting is wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You only pay what you agree to pay - no overages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What charges do you think you are getting extra on your credit card...? Does it say Public Mobile as the vendor?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT-sorry, you actually had 2 issues...data problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try one or more of the below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*turn off your phone, leave off for at least 3 minutes, then reboot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*reboot your phone again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;maybe other solutions here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.payetteforward.com/iphone-cellular-data-not-working-heres-the-real-fix/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.payetteforward.com/iphone-cellular-data-not-working-heres-the-real-fix/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
