Turn off and try again. If not working #2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 - reset network settings. Note you will lose saved wifi passwords. If not working after that #3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3- Plug phone with wire and connect to computer. Open iTunes and see if it pushes any updates. Carrier updates or any update. Update them all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is provided that you looked into your account and ensured that you have data remaining and didn't use it all up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/171505"&gt;@Beverley&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; also here is an older Post by &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3757"&gt;@Luddite&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; regarding iPhone 5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That carrier setting is not correct. Go again to Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; General &amp;gt;&amp;gt; About and wait a moment; if a carrier update is offered install it. On my iPhone carrier version is Public Mobile 32.0.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone is not on iOS 10, best to update it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/SOLVED-iPhone-5-Data-Not-Working/m-p/248444#M19438" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/SOLVED-iPhone-5-Data-Not-Working/m-p/248444#M19438&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
