Bonus data not available

I have a plan with 2g data with 1 g bonus. This is shown on my plan page, but my plan. Was just automatically paid last night and the 1g bonus data is not listed on my data usage page. Do I actually have the extra data or not?

Which plan/offers are you speaking of? Most times, offers such as 1GB data bonuses are one time only.

If it no longer shows under your "My Data and add-on" section.

It means you have used it all up.

Did you possibly run out of your plan data before your renewal then used your 1 gig bonus?

Check your usage history under "Change Plan".

You're looking for "Data Event" then at right it says "web"

There is Pages at the bottom. Go through each page and calculate how much data you used from last renewal to this renewal.

If the one time bonus 1GB add-on no longer appears then it was used up.

You could check your usage history.
