I sign up before 18 Dec 2020 and was supposed to receive a $5 discount per month for 6 months as a promotion. But I haven't seen this on my bill. Any idea?

The first credit will be automatically applied to eligible rate plans within 30 days of activating, credits 2-6 will be applied before each renewal date.
