Hi, I just activated for the first time. I had signed up to get the promotion of 1 month free and extra 5GB. However, It does not appear on my account. Should I give it more time for it to show up? Also, I used a friend referral code and do not see the one-time $10 credit on my account either. Thanks

Eligible customers will be credited the 30-day rate plan amount within 30 business days of activating. These credits will count towards your next plan renewal.

It can take up to 72 hours for the $10 credit to appear in your account.

Only autopay will be reflected instantly.

Your referral will take 24-72 hours.

Other rewards should be applied before your first renewal, if they don't please contact moderators by clicking chat bible and asking to talk to a human

If you just activated the $10 will show up usually the next day (they have 72 hours). the credit for a free 30 days will be applied to your account within 30 days and for the data it will also be applied shortly.

Hi, when I first signed up, it took a few days for the $10. Referral credit to appear, so I would give it a bit of time.
