It says that on main page before you even sign up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These forums are all customers like you trying to assist you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moderator's are the ones that work for Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; To speak with them it's all done online.
