      <title>Cannot change my plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot change my plan.&amp;nbsp; I log into my account, click Change My Plan and it says to pick a plan from the list.&amp;nbsp; But there is no list - the space is blank. When I click on Try Out More Options,&amp;nbsp;I get an error message that says "Server Error in Application "PUBLIC MOBILE COMPANY PORTAL".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have logged out and tried to log in on other devices and in using Chrome Incognito.&amp;nbsp; I get the same error process and message in each place.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I logon and can see all the available plans myself..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;look like just web server issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;try back in an hour..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it still fails after an hour or 2.. then you have no choice but to contact Mod..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using a different browser and clear your cache and cookies then reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the bubble on the bottom right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

PM definitely having some type of server issue. Try later on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take note when it works again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have two options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1= Change now - (It will say top up now if you don't have funds to cover new plan).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not advised to pick this one.You are charged right away for new plan and no refund on unused days from old plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2= Change at next renewal. The choice most want to pick.
