Accidentally purchased 2 add ons, how do i reverse the second?

HI,

i went to purchase an add on for US roaming and it required me to put money on to my account first. Once i entered the amount it didn't look like it went though and prompted me to purchase it again, so now i put $40 on my account rather than $20. How do i reverse this?

So you didn't technically buy two add-ons. It's just in your available balance?

It's two steps to buy an add-on.

Add money to account
Go back and buy the add-on.

Do you currently have $40 in your balance or do you have one add-on purchased and $20 in your balance?

If it's $40 go buy the add-on and leave the rest in your balance. If it's $20 in balance and one add-on. I'd also suggest you leave the remaining amount in your balance. It will be used for your next payment due date.

The reason I suggest this is it could take weeks for PM to issue a refund and by that time you'd likely be at payment due date or close to it.

If you really want the refund you have to contact moderators and ask.
