I submitted my e-mail for the boxing week promotion after i had already activated my service on Dec 26th.Will the promotion automatically show up in my account?

I activated my sim card and account and than realized the boxing week promotion wasn't there so i submitted my e-mail.Can this promotion be added after the fact.
