MMS issue

Hello I have a Coolpad snap and I cant send pictures, everything else works including receiving pictures, text and voice. Already checked APN settings and talked to a troubleshooting staff member, but now they have stopped trying to help. Anyone else have this issue? I have tried a different sim card from a different network and it worked.

Make sure you enable data even though it does count towards any data usage.

The image file size might be to large. Can you try sending a smaller image sized file.
