      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to create an account for my parents who don't know anything about cell phones and technology.&amp;nbsp; When I try to create the account, it asks me to enter a phone number to which public mobile will send a 6 digits code.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is that when I enter my own phone number, it tells me that it's either invalid or already registered.&amp;nbsp; Same thing on my girlfriend's phone.&amp;nbsp; I have absolutely no idea what to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help me please! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/90146"&gt;@Nefertiti66&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- the rule is 1 email per one Public Mobile account/phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So you have to set them up separate with their own email address (&amp;amp; SIM)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
