Can't Send or Receive Picture or Video Texts

Hi,

I just got a Samsung S7. I can access data, voice and texts but I can't send or receive any multimedia texts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You must have your data on to send and receive picture or video message. Make sure your APN settings are correct.

have you tried a different txt app? what are you using now?

I've set up the APN as per the Knowledge Base.

There were a few different suggestions for APN Type in the link SD08 posted, I tried several different configurations but nothing worked.

I'm using Samsung Messenger. I installed Android Messenger and tested it, but it didnt work either.
