What does the status say? Active or Suspended?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While in your account click "Change sim card".       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/170419"&gt;@paul1941&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please test your sim in another Telus or Koodo phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn off the WiFi and see if data still works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For talk you need 3g at if you can force 3g only in connection settings then test again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Text should work if data does&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are out of minutes and texts you could buy more minutes, it's really worth it at 1c/min&lt;/P&gt;</description>
