@cschuber When did you activate your account? The promo terms said to allow for 30 days after activation for the bonuses to be applied to your account.

After logging into your account at selfserve.publicmobile.ca, it will be listed as available (once it has been added) on your account overview page under My Data & Add-Ons.

Thanks. It may show up within the 30 days. Not that I need it, I'm #WFH since March, hardly use my phone for internet these days. I won't use my plan limit for a long time. However the sales rep told me that the 5 GB will roll over month to month until it's used up. It may come in handy some day.

@cschuber The sales rep is right that the 5GB bonus will roll over every cycle until you've used it up, but just a heads up that sometimes these bonus acitivation data can be lost if you opt to change plans sometimes in the future based upon the terms and conditions of the promo.

Also just a reminder (if not already done) to add PM's free holiday gifts of 2GB+500 int. mins as today is the last day to redeem them. These also stay on your account until used up.
