So I’m not sure how to activate the promo for the one month free and the 5g free of data. I activated a new phone, and hit the promo button, added the SIM card, now how do I tell if I get the one month free and free 5 gigs of data?

Eligible customers will be credited the 30-day rate plan amount within 30 business days of activating. These credits will count towards your next plan renewal.

Did you sign up for the Promo prior to activating by submitting your e-mail address for the Promo, THEN subsequently activating using the same e-mail address?

That's how it works. If so, you're all set and you'll see the benefits of the promotion.
