I added my email for the Promo ... then I activated my sim card. Its only today I receive an email inviting me to activate my sim to get the 1 month free.... its not showing up on my account

Don't worry. If you entered your email first before activating. As per the rules. Credit will be applied within 30 days.

If you used a referral code for a $10 signup bonus that will be applied within 72 hours of activation.

It'll be applied within 30 days.

Edit...

* Eligible customers will be credited the 30-day rate plan amount within 30 business days of activating. These credits will count towards your next plan renewal.

As long as all criteria were met, you'll see the credit wthin 30 days of activation.
