      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just activated my SIM card and transferred my number to Public. Now I can make calls and send messages, but can't use data. Sometime photos are not able to be sent or received. Does anyone know the reason and how to deal with this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
