      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My very young brother in law received a new phone and is trying to activate a public mobile sim card. Now I believe everything has been registered and set up correctly however once they tried to start the phone and enter in the SIM network number, they were locked out after 3 tries. Now they are being asked for a PUK number and have no idea what it is or where to find it... can anyone help with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
