How can i make an international call using my current plan ($30 for 30 days) i've pluchased 300 intl mins for $15 but still getting a recording that voice in not included in my plan

Is the country you're trying to call on the list of countries of that add-on?

Is your account active?

Are you dialing 011 and then country code and then area code and then the number? Perhaps drop leading zero's in the country code or area code.

You forgot to do some research before you bought the add-on...that's on you. No refunds ....usually. You can check with a moderator to see if a refund is possible but don't be surprised if the request is rejected.

@vencott : Yes, generally there aren't refunds here. A list of countries is shown in two places on the purchasing screen.

Maybe the moderators would do a nice goodwill for you and credit your account. But not a full refund.

Good luck...maybe rather than asking for a refund; you could ask for a $15 credit applied to your Available Funds. Be nice about it...after all, you made the error.
