Regarding the International calling, my plan only has 100mins of Canada wide calling. With the free holiday add on, does the add on include Canada or is it international but just other Countries? Sorry if this sounds dumb.

Yes it includes Canada

It stays in your account until it's all used up.

Your plan minutes get used first.

These are the countries for the free international promo. The free promos roll over from cycle to cycle until consumed. Your plan minutes/data will always be used first before these promos are used.

International calling covers the following countries: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela

So yes, if you use up your 100 minutes of calling (out) in a 30 day period the international minutes will kick in seamlessly. Then when your plan renews giving you another 100 minutes the remaining international minutes will be there until you need them again. If you can actually make use of the international minutes to call other countries you can consider getting the 500 minute Canada Calling add-on as well as it is only $5. Then it will be used for your excellent canada calling minutes preserving the international add-on minutes.
